TRAVEL TIPS
When your family travels and is away from the usual eating and sleeping routines, the chances increase that someone might get sick. It can take time to adjust to the food, water, and air in a new environment, and kids can be especially vulnerable to a variety of travel-related problems, including motion sickness, diarrhea, and infections.
But some early planning and smart packing can help you keep the trip healthy for everybody. Here are some tips and product ideas to keep in mind when your family prepares to travel.
Food Enzymes - Take after meals to digest food to allow breakdown to prevent food poisoning and helps with proper elimination.
Black Walnut or Black Walnut Atc (Concentrated Formula)-Take with meals to help with any parasite issues. This is especially good when traveling out of the country. Take Black Walnut and Enzymes (Either Food Enzymes or Proactazyme with every meal, to avoid stomach upset)
High Potency Odor Controlled Garlic (never use odor free) - Nature's Penicillin to prevent colds, viruses and parasites
Flax Seed Oil- Take internally to help prevent sunburn.
Thai-Go- As a natural coolant for the body, especially good when traveling to hot regions. (Also works well to boost the immune system)
Nausea- Ginger capsules or one drop of Peppermint Oil on the tongue.
Tei Fu Oil - Keeps bugs from biting, especially with High Potency Garlic, good for motion sickness, congestion, a drop rubbed behind the ears can pop your ears open while flying. Good mixed in lotion for sore muscles, keeps mosquitoes away. Can mix in water and spray on body or put drops on pulse points. Olive Leaf Extract capsules - to fight off bacteria and viruses.
